Engineering
Our system installation and service engineers are fully trained and conversant with the most contemporary technology. All of our engineers are thoroughly vetted through third party auditors. Our procedures adhere to the SAFE contractor accreditation scheme for business and we have approved SSAIB quality management system certification.

Maintenance
All installations carried out by Cameratech Solutions Ltd receive a free 12 month maintenance agreement which includes call out, labour and parts.

We recommend that after the first 12 months, customers continue to renew their maintenance agreements to receive a dedicated customer/technical support for our ongoing and quality of service.

We have various maintenance schemes in place. Our standard package offers 24 working hour call out response to faults. Our priority response offers a next day call out and our premier response offers a call out within 4 hours.
